Free Running is a sport inspired by Sebastian Foucan, from France. The 'free runner' attempts to pass all obstacles in their path in a smooth and fluid style, using acrobatic movements.
During the weekend, free runners can be found practicing this technique outside the Berkley Library at Trinity College.
